Episode 32: It's Ok To Not Like Exercise (w/ Keiko Agena)

It's time for Episode 32 with Keiko Agena. She is so funny and cool and has been in so many things, Gilmore Girls and 13 Reasons Why just to name a few. The Dumbbells get the skinny on her growing up in Hawaii and her background in fitness and Stanger gets schooled on Hawaiian cuisine. Keiko tells the DBs about her super fit husband and how important it is for her to live close to where she works out - she wants to ride a bike to yoga. Finally the group goes deep on improv and actually gives out some tips.
