All before he made a major life change. Now Don is healthy and happy in a career he loves and has a baby on the way. Don gives some great advice about how to change your life. Hassie tells the guys about growing up in a competitive Texas family where they did everything from play ping-pong to hunt. Hassie has been active for her whole life and has now gotten into exciting bio-hacks for better living and longevity. The guys ask her about some of the more extreme stuff she tries to optimize her health. Hassie lays it all out and gives some great tips.     You're in for a treat BellBabies! The guys welcome Gabe Hogan (TACOMA FD) to The Weight Room! Gabe is super funny and fit and he costars with Euge on Tacoma FD! The two of them talk about the show and share some fun behind the scenes stories - Stanger also asks them about their first impressions of each other. Then they get in to Gabe's story of how he grew up in Canada and played hockey - big surprise. But things took a turn when he quit sports and joined a punk band! It's where he met his wife! Gabe tends to get acting work that requires him to be in great shape and he lets the guys in on some of his strategies. They cover a lot of ground; what Euge and Trish are up to in the gym, a wild group meditation that Stanger's wife dragged him too and some good breakdown of Mike Tyson in the ring. The guys talk to Pat about his name and going by Pat vs Patrick - there's a lot to unpack there and it's great. The group also gets into some good New York talk (it's where Pat lives. The big surprise for the episode is Pat's obsession with women's long distance running - when you hear him explain you'll get it.     The 'Bells are back baby. Or still here? Anyway they are here with this week's show and they have solicited the help of the great Nina Concepción (SCHMOTTS). The gang gets into some fun right away talking about name pronunciation and how to put accents over letters and the like. Nina also tells the guys about how she made her own TV show! Yes that's right, she and some friends made their own show! In regards to fitness, Nina has an incredible story spanning her life up until this point but she really got after it a few years ago and truly transformed herself. After putting on some weight during a new relationship she decided to make a change and did she ever. The group talks about the challenges of how people often connect or show love with food and how to over come the new relationship 15. Eliot Glazer (Broad City, New Girl) is in The Weight Room this week! Eliot is a very funny individual and has a wild fitness backstory. He started his own soccer league for the kids that wanted to play and weren't as competitive as the jocks- it's amazing. He has found what works for him now but it's been long road to get there and a lot of hours on an elliptical on New York.     Yo yo BellBabies! The guys are back this week with Drew Difonzo Marks (Last Day of School) in The Weight Room. It's been a long time coming to get Drew on the pod and boy does he deliver. This episode has everything! Drew tells a story about how he lost his pants in restaurant after a boxing class - you'll have to listen to find out if he was wearing underwear or not. Also, Drew has interesting relationships with food and exercise spanning the globe, well Amsterdam and America. He's in a great place now and gets very candid and real about how he got there - a lot of people will be able to relate to his feelings. "Ain't nothin to it but to do it!"

    You are in for a treat BellBabies! The 'Bells bring comedian Jenny Yang (Busy Tonight) into The Weight Room! Jenny is so funny and regales Euge and Stanger with her stories about growing up in the South Bay of Los Angeles and discovering shitty American food for the first time and going nuts. She also tells the guys about playing all the sports with her brothers. She even went on to play volleyball in college! Jenny had an entire other career in politics and it took her leaving all of that and becoming a comedian to truly become healthy. Bonus: wait till you hear her fitness goal - it's AMAZING! Some hints are...martial arts, movies, bad ass, comedy "Drive the iron babies!!!".

    Hey there BellBabies! It's the end of February and Stang and Euge have a good one for ya. The charming and hilarious Lou Wilson (American Vandal) joins the 'Bells in The Weight Room. Lou is an LA native with a truly unique story. He tells the guys about growing up in a loving, supportive family that tried to help him be healthy while they all struggled with their own health. Lou gets candid about rebelling with food and how learning to cook was initially bad for his him. He is in a great place now but it was interesting road getting there involving a very weird sport, P90x, a great workout buddy and the same playlist for years. You gotta listen to this one dudes! Lou is one of a kind.

    It’s your monthly dose of Just the ‘Bells. Euge actually gets Stang’ to explain some of his mysterious, neurotic training quirks. Also both of the guys lay out what they are currently doing and what’s challenging them. They talk about motivation and food. Last they answer two listener questions: one about how to balance an over developed dominate side with the other side and how to maintain cardiovascular fitness while still gaining strength for a firefighter. “No days off!!!!”
