    Happy days in The Weight Room. The guys got the mega funny Carl Tart (FLAGRANT ONES) to join them for today's podcast. Carl is a former college athlete and still plays basketball recreationally. Carl tells Euge and Stang about playing sports growing up and how once he stopped playing, he slowing but surely started adding weight over the years. Now he's decided to drop that extra weight and get back in playing shape. Carl found the perfect personal (not too pushy) trainer and his goal is to be able to dunk a basketball again - will he get there?!? "Light Weight Babyeee!!!!"

    Here we go BellBabies! This is a fun episode with lots of info. The Bells welcome the very cool, very funny Drée Vermeulen (ANGIE TRIBECA) to The Weight Room. Dree tells the guys about being raised by horse trainers and struggling with her weight as a child. She was shamed into some food issues by a withholding grandma but managed to lose a ton of weight as a kid using WeightWatchers. She has a gnarly story about breaking her leg playing soccer. Most recently Drée is using Pelaton and underwent hypnosis to deal with some compulsive eating and guess what....it worked!! All this is discussed! "Yeah Buddy!!!"

    Summer is winding down BellBabies. The guys have a great episode to end the good weather with a bang. The endlessly funny Joel Kim Booster (SUNNYSIDE) joins Euge and Stang in The Weight Room. Joel talks about his struggles with putting muscle on and how negative Instagram culture can be. He also offers some encouraging words and relatable advice about how to navigate this social media hellscape. Joel is very funny guy and his vulnerable outside the box perspective is a breath of fresh air! "Feeling good as hell!!!"

    Time to Weigh In with Euge and Stang BellBabies! The guys catch up with each other and catch up the listeners on what's going on with them. Stang whines about his shoulder and Euge talks about how he maintained and what he ate while filming a movie in OKC that past few weeks. Then the guys read some emails, one is gloat, one is a question from a 5X5 couple with squat rack in their house and the last is from a listener who wants to bulk up but is worried he's overtraining.     BellBabies! It's time for another episode with your boys. This time they got Joel Spence (BIG LITTLE LIES) to join them in The Weight Room. Joel and 'Bells go way back and they catch up quick. Joel has always trained in some capacity. He tells the guys about all the stuff he's been into and about having a good stretch of jogging consistently. The consensus at the end of the episode was that a group exercise class for could be great for Joel, as long as he's left alone and able to maintain his anonymity. Last, the Bells task Joel with finding the right class! "Yeaaaah Buddy!!!"

    Big week for the Bells! You guys are in for a treat - the guys welcome the amazing Megan Batoon (Just A Tip Podcast) to The Weight Room. Euge and Megan talk about the pronunciation of names and make some connections over their Filipino American-ness. Megan tells the guys about growing up in Florida and how her obsession with competitive cheerleading led to dance. The talk turns to food and the group gets into a serious fast food discussion. Megan was burning so many calories as a dancer that her fast food habits didn't matter until her activity level changed. Now she's tried every diet and every kind of workout. She tells the guys what she's doing NOW and what's been working best. This is a good one BellBabies! "Yeah Buddy!!!!"

    It's that time! The Dumbbells welcome the hilarious Matt Rogers (THE OTHER TWO) to the podcast! Matt is such a funny guest and he really had the Bells laughing. He tells the guys about being a life long junk food eater (it was actually part of his identity for a awhile!) and how he broke out of it. Then the group discusses how it's tough to break old patterns when that used to work even when they are not working anymore. Matt is now on his way to a healthier lifestyle and he breaks it down for everyone. "Light Weight babyeee!!!"

    It's been hot in The Weight Room. Let's face it BellBabies, we are in the dog days of summer, but the Bells got ya covered. Their guest this week is great guy and story teller, Jake Jabbour (THE MEAT podcast) They start the show by talking about Lebanese food among other things. Then Jake proceeds to tell one of the all time great stories - it's harrowing. The ending is not necessarily happy but Jake learned from it and it did inspire him to write a book, in some ways. Do yourself a favor and listen to this episode- Jake's story is one you can't miss! "Yeah Buddy!!!"

    It's the middle of summer and it's Euge and Stang coming to you for their monthly check in. There is some summer movie talk - Euge saw YESTERDAY. There's discussion of Stang's shoulder injury and some recent additions to Euge's tattoo.     Ahoy BellBabies! Summer is raging on. Are you keeping your beach bodies in check? Well this week will get you back on track. The Bells got Zac Oyama (COLLEGE HUMOR) back in The Weight Room. That's right, the Karate-ish Kid is back! Zac and the guys have a good time at the top of the show just joking around. Euge and Stang get stuck doing some voice and Zac is polite about how annoyed he must've been. Last, they all get down to business and come up with an actual program for Zac to follow in the gym.     Happy 4th of July BellBabies! This is a very special episode for a lot of reasons. Honorary Dumbbell and fan favorite Erin McGown (Erin and Melissa) returns to The Weight Room. Erin is a great guest as always and there is some fun talk about food and a special seasonal Trader Joe's rub that is a must try. But Erin was recently in a traumatic and truly life threatening accident recently. She tells the Bells as much as she can about it and how it made her question EVERYTHING and reevaluate her life and her goals. She came out of it and has managed to keep training and stay on her path but it wasn't easy and she tells the guys how she did it. Listen and be inspired! "Happy 4th of July!!!"

    Hello BellBabies! You ready for some total transformation talk?? The Bells got Farley Elliot (EATER) back in The Weight Room. When Farley first came on the show, the guys tried to help him figure out how to honor his commitment to his job as a food reporter and tastemaker while somehow changing his body to loose weight and get healthy. Well, he did it! Farley is new man but still the same guy. He's eating right and rock climbing and has completely changed his physique. He tells Euge and Stang how he did it. Don't worry it's not all inspirational this episode - there's still some talk about LA food and even some gossip! Farley shares a beef with a famous chef! (Light Weight Babyeee!!!)

She tells Euge and Stangs about growing up with her stud dad - the guys end up falling in love with him and so will you! Stangs and Janet connect over her time in the Bay Area - well Stangs just kind of embarrasses himself - what do you expect it? Then you get to hear all the Hollywood bullshit and pressure around body types that Janet went through and what she did to overcome it and get to where she is now, a great, healthy place!
