216: Injuries, Surgeries and More! (w/ Gabe Hogan)
This week the hilarious Gabe Hogan (TACOMA FD, HEARTLAND) returns to The Weight Room!! He starts off by telling Euge and Stanger about how he recently became a US citizen!! Then the guys ask him about a horrible bicep injury he sustained that resulted in surgery and all that went into that. He had to shoot a TV show hours after he injured it! The group continues to discuss injuries that require surgery and all the you can do to improve your chances of a full recovery. There is also some good TACOMA FD stories and some fun UFC talk. Gabe is a super funny dude and this is a great episode!!
