Fun times in The Weight Room! Erin McGown is subbing for Eugene again this week. She and Stanger welcome artist, photographer, actor Stevie Nelson to the show! Stevie has some great stories about growing up in Palmdale and participating in beauty pageants and all the craziness that brings. She was also training in karate and learning to play the violin while this was happening - how’s that for range! Stevie has tried it all when I comes to health and fitness, some of it was healthy and some of it was not. She’s in a great place now and is super candid about everything it took to get there.
