15: Finding the Balance of Health and Fitness for A Busy Parent (w/ Kate Spencer)

For Episode 15 the Dumbbells were beyond thrilled to have Kate Spencer join them in the Weight Room. She is a hilarious comedian and writer for Cosmopolitan.com and the author of the soon to be released Dead Moms Club. The boys give Kate some tips on how she can eat an exercise efficiently to lose that last little bit of baby weight. The group determines if it's possible to have sex AND ski. And they all "weigh" in on the right kind of sore from working hard vs the wrong kind from overworking. Plus a lot on intermittent fasting.
