The challenge will consist of four exercises done in succession to complete 1 set. The four exercises are: 1) 31 push-ups 2) 31 mountain climbers 3) 31 second plank hold 4) 31 squats (body weight) The first week will be 1 set of each of these exercises. The second will be 2 sets. The third will be 3 sets and finally 4 sets for the fourth week.
